Manchester United are braced for heavy-handed competition from Liverpool when it comes to potentially signing French wonderkid Leny Yoro - according to reports.
The highly-rated teenager, who plays as a defender for Lille, is thought to have several top European sides chasing his signature, including United, Liverpool and treble-winners Manchester City from the Premier League alone.
Yoro, 18, is already a regular for the French Ligue 1 club and has been capped by France U21s. Regarded as one of the brightest talents in his country, Yoro has made 19 appearances this season and has already totted-up 35 games throughout his senior career.
French outlet Le 10 Sport reports Liverpool and United are interested in signing the youngster with the transfer market set to reopen next month.
