Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has admitted that, for him, it is "impossible to be positive about something at Manchester United" but concedes he is not surprised by Erik ten Hag's impact at the Reds.
United, who booked their place in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup with a 3-1 win over West Ham United on Wednesday evening, will make the short trip to Merseyside looking to register a first league double over Liverpool since 2016.
The Reds recorded their first competitive win of the Ten Hag era against the Anfield outfit back in August, winning 2-1 at Old Trafford.
That result proved to be the turning point in United's season and the beginning of their resurrection under Ten Hag. They have lost just three league fixtures since and currently boast a 10-point lead over Liverpool in the standings.
