Emergency services have sealed off a road in Radcliffe overnight after a building collapsed - leaving debris sprawled across the street.

Stand Lane between New Road and Church Street has been closed in both directions due to the unsafe property on the corner of Mellor Street, near the town centre.

Pictures from the scene show the area taped off, with emergency vehicles seen parked nearby. The front of the building appears to have been completely destroyed. It's not clear what the building was being used for, and if any injuries were reported. No more details about the nature of the incident or how the property came to collapse have been released at this stage.
