Christophe Galtier won't be expecting a Christmas card from Lionel Messi after his latest comments around the 'GOAT' debate -claiming Cristiano Ronaldo should actually wear that crown.
The Frenchman managed seven-time Ballon d'Or winner Messi at Paris-Saint-Germain last season as they lifted the Ligue 1 title.
However, they both went their separate ways over the summer, with Messi heading Stateside to join David Beckham's Inter Miami while Galtier took up the reins at Al-Duhail following his Parc des Princes departure.
Speaking after Ronaldo inspired Al-Nassr to yet another AFC Champions League victory and maintained their perfect record in the group, Galtier declared the former Manchester United and Real Madrid forward is still the 'best in the world'.
