Kobbie Mainoo sends three-word message as Manchester United get major injury boost

manchestereveningnews.co.uk

Kobbie Mainoo has taken to social media platform Instagram for the first time since picking up his injury blow for Manchester United - and it looks to be encouraging news.

The youngster sustained a muscular injury during the 3-0 defeat to Tottenham in the Premier League after he was seen hobbling off the pitch.

As he walked off, meanwhile, Mainoo appeared to tell veteran teammate Jonny Evans that he had pulled his hamstring. He then missed the Europa League visit to FC Porto as he nursed that problem.

Mainoo did return for the goalless draw at Aston Villa, managing 85 minutes before being substituted.
