Kenny Miller loved Rangers rocket timing from Michael Beale as 'shake them up' message key to Celtic clash

Kenny Miller says the timing of Michael Beale's defensive Rangers blast bodes well ahead of the Scottish Cup semi-final with Celtic.

The former striker was present at Ibrox on Saturday as his previous club scored three in the final 10 minutes to secure a 5-2 win.

But Beale was fuming with how they conceded, lamenting a 'horror show' as players failed to close down Mark O'Hara before his first half stunner while nobody could stop him powering home again in the second half.

With 12 points the gap to leaders Celtic at the top of the league, this month's Hampden showdown looks like last chance saloon in terms of silverware for Rangers this season.
