Scotland midfielder John McGinn reckons he'd be nothing without his backside, insisting his beloved body part has helped his career thrive.

The Aston Villa midfielder is famous for using his bottom on the pitch, scoring goals with it as well as winning strength battles for club and country because of his behind.

And Scotland 's Nations League victory over Ukraine was no different. Now the 28-year-old is set to earn his 50th cap for his country as Steve Clarke 's side welcome the Republic of Ireland to Hampden on Saturday.

And the former Hibs and St Mirren man insists that his famous backside has been crucial, helping him make his unique mark as he made the move south of the border to join the Premier League side.
