Donny van de Beek has admitted his limited involvement at Manchester United was 'tough', but he's now looking forward to the future and hoping to reignite his career with Eintracht Frankfurt.
Eintracht have signed Van de Beek on loan for the remainder of the season with a view to making the deal permanent and the German side are covering the majority of his £125,000-a-week wages.
The option to buy Van de Beek for €11million (£9.55m), with €3m (£2.6m) in add-ons, has been included in the deal and the midfielder is hopeful of receiving regular starts.
United signed Van de Beek from Ajax for £35m rising to £40m in September 2020 and he's made just 28 starts since. The appointment of Erik ten Hag was expected to give him a second chance but his predicament continued.
