Inside the tiny terrace that's one of Greater Manchester's cheapest homes - but it can't fit a proper bedroom

A tiny house has come up for sale in Greater Manchester that is far below the average price - and size - of a standard terraced home.

The one-bed property is on the market in Littleborough, Rochdale and is set to go to auction on March 22 with a guide price of £60,000.

The average price of a terraced home in the Rochdale town, which is nestled in the foothills of the picturesque south Pennines, is £166,922 according to Zoopla, therefore this house is much more affordable and a good option for a solo first-time buyer or investor.

But the cheap cost means you'll need to be prepared settle for a fairly limited space, with the property being made up of just a one-up, one-down layout which lacks a proper bedroom.
