Not someone who always gets credit for what he does on the field, Ravindra Jadeja is the perfect example of an all-round player. A crucial member of the Indian team in all three formats of the game, Jadeja provided the team with important breakthroughs in the Asia Cup Super 4 match against Sri Lanka on Tuesday. Thanks to his two wickets in the match, Jadeja went past Irfan Pathan to become the leading wicket-taker for India in the Asia Cup in ODI formats.

This is India's biggest win in terms of runs against the cross-border neighbours. India posted an imposing 356 for 2, as Kohli (122 not out off 94 balls) and Rahul (111 not out off 106 balls), which was his sixth ODI hundred, pummelled a hapless Pakistan, whose chase ended at 128 for 8 as Kuldeep Yadav (5/25) scythed through them.
India captain Rohit Sharma put all the pre-match talk about his performances against Pakistan pacers to bed, scoring a brilliant half-century in the Asia Super 4 clash on Sunday. Though rain pushed the match into reserve day (Monday), Rohit had done enough to give India a fine start with the bat in the high-profile contest. Pakistan's star right-arm pacer Haris Rauf would not be bowling against India on the reserve day of the ongoing Asia Cup Super 4 match as a precautionary measure. He had bowled five overs conceding 27 runs without taking any wicket on Sunday, but the pacer will be unavailable for the Pakistan bowling attack on Monday. "He (Haris Rauf) started feeling his oblique muscle last night. He had a scan and it revealed some inflammation. With the World Cup round the corner, it is precautionary and we'll have to use the other boys to fill the overs," said Pakistan's bowling coach Morne Morkel ahead of the resumption of the India vs Pakistan game on Monday.
