Former Manchester United assistant manager Mitchell van der Gaag believes Erik ten Hag and Ineos are singing from the same hymn sheet in their quests to bring the good times back to Old Trafford.
Ten Hag has been under mounting pressure in recent weeks after United's slow start to the campaign, but he was granted a stay of execution by club chiefs during the international break.
He then eased some of the pressure that has been loaded on his shoulders by leading his side to a 2-1 win over Brentford on Saturday.
