I worked with Erik ten Hag at Manchester United - I know how him and Ineos are thinking

Former Manchester United assistant manager Mitchell van der Gaag believes Erik ten Hag and Ineos are singing from the same hymn sheet in their quests to bring the good times back to Old Trafford.

The great thing about Erik is he always keeps looking ahead and moving forward. You can't control the rest."
