A 23-year-old who miraculously survived a life-threatening diagnosis has spoken out about the hidden symptoms of an illness after believing he was just tired.
Nathan Hall was only 15 when he decided to see his GP about fatigue, but instead received the devastating news that he had acute myeloid leukaemia (AML).
