How Manchester United could line up if Erik ten Hag seals transfers for his two dream signings

manchestereveningnews.co.uk

Manchester United will move to the next phase of their rebuilding project under manager Erik ten Hag this forthcoming summer.

The Reds, who will resume their Premier League campaign with a trip to St. James' Park to face Newcastle United on Sunday, spent a huge amount of money on new additions last summer, kick-starting the beginning of the Ten Hag era.

The club also added three more faces to its squad in January, drafting in Jack Butland, Marcel Sabitzer and Wout Weghorst on loan deals until the end of the season.

Although United are still in with a chance of winning two more trophies this season, as well as being in a strong position to secure Champions League qualification, the campaign has already been a roaring success, with the club ending its six-year wait for a trophy.
