Hamilton Accies boss John Rankin refused to take credit for the triple substitution that provided both goals in their win over Kelty Hearts - where signing target Connor Smith was in attendance.

Accies made it back-to-back wins in League One as goals from Reghan Tumility and Ryan One earned a 2-0 win in Fife that took them top of the table with Stirling Albion.

The game swung on Rankin's triple switch after 58 minutes, with substitutes One, Euan Henderson and Lewis Smith all combining to tee up Tumilty for the opener, just 30 seconds after coming onto the pitch.

And then the trio teamed up nine minutes later when One netted his first league goal for Accies. But Rankin said: "Sometimes these things work for you and you get fortunate. "I'm not taking any credit.
