Hannibal Mejbri insists he is 'ready to risk everything' in order to make his name at Manchester United. The 19-year-old has made three senior appearances since joining the club three years ago and formed part of the pre-season tour squad under new manager Erik ten Hag this summer.
United paid Monaco €5m in 2019 for the services of Hannibal — a deal which that could still rise to €10m — and fought off competition from Arsenal and Bayern Munich for his signature.
Hannibal has already made 16 senior appearances for the Tunisian national side since switching his allegiance from France and is now hungry for similar levels of involvement at club level.
Taking part in a Q&A with French media, the United hopeful was asked about his time at United and his hopes of making it into the first team eventually. "I didn't come here for nothing, not to have on my CV: 'I played for United'. "I came to prove to the world that a young person from Paris, from the neighbourhood, can come and impose himself.
