Stephen Hendrie is about to embark on a second spell at New Douglas Park, as Hamilton Accies took their summer signing spree to seven players with the defender.
Hendrie, 28, started his career at Accies in 2011 and stayed until signing for West Ham United in 2015. Loan spells at Southend United and Blackburn Rovers followed, before he signed permanently for Southend.
However, that also saw him join Motherwell on loan. Hendrie returned north with Kilmarnock in 2019 before joining Morecambe, and he also had a spell at Partick Thistle, before joining Queen of the South last season.
Hamilton Accies head coach John Rankin told their website: "I am delighted with our summer signings so far, and of course that of Stephen Hendrie today. "He brings more experience to our side and knows exactly what Hamilton is about, so we are really pleased to have secured his signature. "We're sure this is another move that will delight our fans."
