House prices appear to be falling across the country according to the latest figures from Rightmove. New data from the property portal shows that asking prices for houses across the UK have dropped for the second month in a row as rising mortgage costs continue to affect the property market.
The average price of a home coming to market has gone down by 0.2 percent this month, which is marginally below the norm for this time of the year.
