Graeme Souness sets challenge for Mason Mount following Manchester United transfer

Former Liverpool midfielder Graeme Souness has challenged Mason Mount to add more goals to his game following his summer move to Manchester United.

Mount was unveiled as the club's first signing of the summer last month, swapping Chelsea for United for an initial fee of £55million.

The Reds could end up paying up to £60m because of add-ons. Boss Erik ten Hag was desperate to freshen up his midfield ahead of the start of this season and Mount was identified as his top target.

He featured prominently in pre-season, giving the Dutchman, his new teammates and United's supporters an insight into what he will bring to M16.
