A much-changed Scarlets side head to Glasgow for their United Rugby Championship clash on Friday night.The two teams meet in the Challenge Cup semi-final in Llanelli at the end of the month, but that will feature two very different sides as Glasgow have also made a host of changes for tonight's match.

Dwayne Peel has made 11 changes to the side that defeated Clermont Auvergne in the Champions Cup quarter-final, while Glasgow make 10 change from their victory over the Lions.For the Scarlets, centre Eddie James makes his first league start, while flanker Iwan Shenton is handed a URC debut.
