Gemma Collins met King Charles and Queen Camilla today at a conservation event where they spoke about their passion for protecting animals.

But fans of the reality TV star were quick to point out that it was the Royal Family who actually got to meet the "real Queen".

The trio met at the Animal Ball, a gala event which supports the Elephant Family. The charity was founded by Queen Camilla’s late brother Mark Shand.

The event was held on what would have been Mr Shand's 72nd birthday. Taking to Instagram, Gemma said: "The king and queen's continual work to help the animals is just what we need on planet Earth.
