Gabriele Biancheri has officially completed his move to Manchester United from Cardiff. The 16-year-old completed a medical with United last month, but it has taken a while for the paperwork to be signed off and for FIFA approval to be granted.

Biancheri will join the club as a scholar before penning a long-term professional contract when he turns 17 in September. His move to United was made official on Monday night, and taking to social media, Biancheri posted a message to celebrate his transfer. "After more than 9 years, my time with Cardiff has come to an end," he wrote on Twitter.
