Oscar De La Hoya has let rip at former boxing rival Floyd Mayweather Jr after the American superstar's latest exhibition bout.

Since hanging up gloves in the professional field in 2017, the five-weight world champion has taken part in a series of boxing exhibition fights against Youtubers and social media personalities including Logan Paul and former Geordie Shore contestant Aaron Chalmers.

In his latest event, the 47-year-old faced with John Gotti III - grandson of infamous Mafia boss John Gotti - for the second time in Mexico City last weekend.

The build-up to their first meeting was overshadowed by a mass brawl and last Saturday's bout was also marred with controversy after Mayweather bizarrely had the referee replaced during the contest.
