Fashion Sakala has turned down the chance to leave Rangers and move to Saudi Arabia. Rumours had been rife that the Zambian international had options in the middle-east nation, who's Saudi Pro League clubs are currently raiding Europe to bolster their domestic top flight.

But according to the Daily Mail, the forward will not be on of those heading over, stating he has 'rejected the opportunity of a huge payday in the Middle Eastern kingdom' with Al-Fayha.

Saudi clubs have come to Scotland previously for talent, most recently with Al-Ittihad agreeing a £25m deal that has had Jota swap Celtic for The Tigers.

Michael Beale is undergoing a major revamp of the Rangers forward line and has brought in Abdallah Sima, Sam Lammers and Cyriel Dessers so far, with Danilo closing in on being the fourth addition of the summer.
