Manchester United are yet to decide whether to let Facindo Pellistri head out on loan before the transfer window closes. Pellistri capped a fine personal pre-season with a goal in stoppage time to secure a 1-1 draw with Athletic Bilbao in United's final pre-season friendly in Dublin on Sunday.

The 21-year-old started in two of the five first-team matches he was available for across pre-season and Pellistri came on in the games against Arsenal and Real Madrid in the United States.

United had pencilled in Pellistri for a loan move but fellow right winger Amad is nursing a knee injury, having twisted his ankle against Arsenal in New Jersey last month.

Striker Anthony Martial has not played in 10 weeks and new signing Rasmus Hojlund is unavailable for United's opening fixtures with an unspecified injury.
