Novak Djokovic resmi jadi petenis pria dengan gelar Grand Slam terbanyak. Dia cuma berjarak satu gelar dari rekor Margaret Court.

Djokovic menambah koleksi gelar Grand Slam-nya saat tampil di Final French Open 2023, Minggu (11/6/2023) malam WIB. Menghadapi unggulan keempat asal Norwegia, Casper Ruud, Djokovic mendapat perlawanan sengit.

Petenis Serbia itu harus melewati tie break di set pertama sebelum menang 7-6. Bahkan dia tertinggal 1-4 duluan di set tersebut.

Djokovic kemudian relatif mudah memenangi set kedua dengan 6-3 sebelum menuntaskan partai yang berlangsung lebih dari 3 jam itu, dengan 7-5.
