'Cursed!' - Manchester United fans say same thing as Marcel Sabitzer joins injury list

Manchester United supporters are beginning to think the club is cursed after Marcel Sabitzer became the latest player to join the ever-growing injury list.

United were already down to the bare bones as they headed to Sunday's match-up with Nottingham Forest without nine players and young full-back Marc Jurado in the squad for the first time as Tyrell Malacia had been ruled out with a sore knee.

The last thing Erik ten Hag needed was any more injuries but the bad luck continued in the warm-ups. Sabitzer was spotted heading down the tunnel while his teammates remained on the City Ground pitch which began fears the Austrian midfielder had picked up a knock.

Christian Eriksen, who has only just returned from a long-term lay-off himself, then began a more vigorous warm-up which suggested Sabitzer wouldn't be able to play.
