Cristiano Ronaldo has broken his fortnight-long silence on social media, with barely a week to run until the end of the transfer window.
The Manchester United superstar has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford all summer, but time is running out for him to secure a switch before the transfer window slams shut on September 1.
But rumours over Ronaldo's future don't appear to be distracting the forward as he posted a short message to his 102 million followers on Twitter on Thursday evening.
Alongside a picture of the forward taking a practice shot in training was the caption: "Keep working and focused." The message is the first to be posted by the Portuguese on the social networking site in more than two weeks and his first interaction since being dropped for last week's win over Liverpool.
