Coronation Street youngster Bella Flanagan has been flooded with supportive messages as she made a six-year announcement on social media.
The actress was celebrating the number of years she has been seen on-screen playing the often troublesome Hope Stape. Hope, who is now a Dobbs in the ITV soap, was born three months early on-screen in 2010 to mum Fiz and dad John during the events of the horror tram crash and around the same time, her father became a serial killer.
After health issues when she was younger, Hope developed behavioural problems starting in 2017, with signs of pyromania. In 2020, she tried to run away with her half-sister Jade Rowan after Jade fabricated evidence that the girls were being abused at home. A youth rehabilitation order was imposed on Hope and she began seeing a counsellor. And while she hasn't done anything as serious since she has still been found up to no good.
