Coronation Street star Sam Aston admitted to feeling a little bit 'nauseous' after he shared his love for his co-star after he paid a sweet tribute.

The actor, famed for playing Chesney Brown in the ITV soap, was celebrating a big birthday this week when Andy Whyment spoke out.

Kirk Sutherland favourite Andy took to social media to publically wish his friend and colleague a special day and shared a series of snaps of the pair from various moments of them together over the years - from spending time on the golf course to watching Manchester United in action.

But it appears some of the memories set Sam's stomach churning, specifically a picture of him holding up what looked like a giant Portstar Martini cocktail. Join our new Coronation Street WhatsApp group by clicking here "I’ve known you since you were 10 and today you turn 30 @samaston93," Andy typed confirming Sam was celebrating three decades around the sun.
