Indian cricket team star batter Virat Kohli was in a jovial mood during Day 2 of the first Test match against Bangladesh in Chennai on Friday.

Kohli failed to score big in the first innings after he was dismissed for 6 but that did not impact his spirits as he was his usual self on the field.

In a video going viral on social media, Kohli was seen waving at the Chennai crowd and it led to a massive response from the spectators.

The sound was deafening as the crowd applauded the star cricketer and later in the day, Kohli even put on a little dance show following the fall of a wicket.

In the rain-hit second Test in Kanpur, Rohit Sharma and co maintained their dominance and thrashed Bangladesh by seven wickets on Tuesday. Due to rain and wet outfield, Day 2 and Day 3 of the match got abandoned without a ball being bowled. Despite that, Team India produced a stellar performance and claimed a victory in the second session on Day 5 as they chased down the target of 95 with seven wickets in hand.
