Russell Martin insists there is "not a chance" Celtic target Shea Charles will be allowed to leave Southampton unless they can bring in reinforcements first.
The Northern Ireland international is wanted by the Hoops but they don't want to include Saints target Matt O'Riley in any deal.
Saints boss Martin managed O'Riley at MK Dons and is a huge admirer of the Denmark international who he is desperate to link up with again on the south coast.
But that doesn't necessarily mean he's willing to part with Charles. The former Man City starlet only joined Saints a year ago in a big money move from Manchester City, but has found himself in and out of the side under Martin, mainly thanks to the form of Flynn Downes.
