This was the shocking moment a disgruntled customer caused carnage in a bakery after demanding a refund for Easter eggs she forgot to pick up.

Jayne Harrison was on the till at Little Blonde Bakes, in Bury, when the woman phoned to call for her money back yesterday (April 13).

Jayne said the customer was being 'rude' on the phone and she would not continue the call but would be happy to speak to her face-to-face in her shop, on Sunnybank Road.

But after being asked to leave the premises, the woman charged at the counter, causing hundreds of pounds worth of damage while cakes on display had to be thrown out. "It was awful," Jayne, 60, told the Manchester Evening News. "I just can't understand people that expect their money back because they don't remember to turn up.
