Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has indicated he's a big fan of youngster Kobbie Mainoo after the pair trained together at Carrington on Monday.
Hopes are high for Mainoo after he impressed during the latter stages of last season. The 18-year-old has made three appearances for the senior team so far and this campaign was earmarked to be his breakthrough year.
However, this optimism was halted when the Stockport-born teenager suffered an ankle injury during the pre-season defeat to Real Madrid in the US.
While the coming together looked innocuous at the time, the issue has kept Mainoo sidelined ever since.
