Boy robbed of coat and AirPods after being threatened with knife near tram stop

Police have issued a CCTV appeal after a boy was threatened with a knife and robbed of his coat and AirPods in a terrifying attack near a tram stop in Oldham.

Three boys - aged between 16 and 17 - are believed to be the suspects in the robbery near Failsworth tram stop on December 27 last year.

Police said the victim, a 17-year-old boy, and his friend were targeted by the group. The boy was 'forcibly pushed' to the ground 'in a threatening manner' by two of the suspects.

They threatened him with a knife before stealing his Apple AirPods and his coat, officers added. Join our WhatsApp Top Stories and Breaking News group by clicking this link. The other suspect chased the friend.
