Strictly Come Dancing star JB Gill is said to have had his confidence 'dented' during his last performance as he works hard on his return to the iconic ballroom with professional dance partner Amy Dowden.

Over the weekend, as the competition started to heat up, JLS star JB and Welsh dancer Amy performed a sexy but notoriously difficult Rumba to You Might Need Somebody by Kara Marni.

Following their performance, Craig Revel Horwood said it lacked 'depth' while Motsi Mabus also criticised the performance due to the small mistakes in technicalities. And now that the rumba is a distant memory, JB and Amy have been back in training for the next live show, in which they'll perform a jive to Hey Ya!
