Strictly Come Dancing fans wasted no time in calling out Claudie Winkleman over her remarks just seconds into the latest live show.

The BBC One dance contest returned to screens on Saturday night (November 4) with the nine remaining couples taking it in turns to perform their latest routines.

They will have been hoping to keep their place in the competition and to be in with a chance of lifting the Glitterball trophy when the 2023 series draws to a close in December with the next results show set to air on Sunday night (November 5).

Hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman were back to steer another epic live show, both donning equally sparkly outfits. "Welcome to Strictly Come Dancing.
