Strictly Come Dancing has returned to screens with a colourful and glittering bang - but it turns out you can't quite please everyone.
The BBC One dance contest's 2024 launch show aired on Saturday night (September 14) after being pre-recorded earlier this month.
The new series, which marks the national's favourite dance show's 20th year on air, officially kicked off with hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman back ready to welcomed the new crop of 15 celebrities into the iconic ballroom.
It was the first time this year's celebrity and professional dancer pairings were revealed to viewers as well as the show's knowledgeable judges, Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke, who will be casting an expert eye of their performances in the weeks to come.
