Ange Postecoglou says the headbutt by Craig McPherson on Celtic women's boss Fran Alonso "speaks for itself" - as he is set to miss two stars for his own derby with Rangers.

The Light Blues assistant appeared to flick his head onto the back of the Hoops coach at the end of their 1-1 SWPL draw at Broadwood on Monday.

It's prompted a charge by the SFA while Rangers are also looking into the matter, and speaking to Sky, Postecoglou says it's important for those processes to take place.

He said: "Look, I think it speaks for itself and the important thing is now that it is in the hands of the people it should be in the hands of.
