Ange answer about Champions League sends Celtic fans into frenzy amid mounting Tottenham interest

dailyrecord.co.uk

Celtic supporters are seizing on an answer from manager Ange Postecoglou about the club's return to the Champions League. Followers of the Premiership champions are keenly aware of interest from Tottenham as reports suggest the 57-year-old is now the "preferred candidate" to take the reins at Spurs with talks sought imminently.

Postecoglou has been keen to bat away any speculation surrounding his future as he aims to deliver the Treble when his side take on Inverness on Saturday at Hampden.

But punters are craving updates about the manager they adore and Celtic offered an insight into the manager's think with a video entitled #AskAnge on Wednesday evening.

Fans were less bothered about questions on square sausage but most were in agreement over his answer in the present tense surrounding their imminent return to the Champions League next season.
