American journalist Grant Wahl dies at World Cup

American sportswriter Grant Wahl has died while covering the World Cup in Qatar, his family and US Soccer have said.Mr Wahl died while reporting the match between Argentina and the Netherlands, according to NPR.US reporters sitting near him said he fell back in his press box seat during extra time and, while emergency services responded quickly, they were later told that Mr Wahl (49) had died.No further details have been released about his death.
