Zwane not faulting Chiefs' player's efforts despite disappointing MTN8 exit
Kaizer Chiefs coach Arthur Zwane credited his charges for showing up in every form in their MTN8 second-leg semi-final against AmaZulu on Sunday.
The goalless draw meant Chiefs failed yet again to reach a cup final, with AmaZulu qualifying for the 5 November showpiece against Orlando Pirates on the away goals rule.
Chiefs' home leg was drawn 1-1, which meant the visitors needed to score to proceed to the final.

Chiefs not only failed to find the net, but didn't have a shot on target in the 90 minutes at the Moses Mabhida Stadium.
Zwane said he couldn't fault the effort of his players but will look to get things right for what will be another big week.
Chiefs' next fixture is Saturday's Soweto Derby against Orlando Pirates at the FNB Stadium.
"The boys tried their best and we're all disappointed that we didn't get into the final," Zwane said.
"There's nothing that we can change now as we need to focus on the journey. We have to improve and get things right for next week.
"We know that things will get right. The boys wanted to win, and they tried everything in their power to do so.
"We'll have to move on and keep on grinding. I can't fault their effort because they tried."
Zwane maintained that they were in Durban to win the game at all costs and not allow AmaZulu to run away with proceedings.

Zwane may be under growing pressure with Chiefs now having only two trophies to play for after their MTN8 exit, but said they needed to forget about the AmaZulu game.
