WWE Hall Of Famer talks AEW Tag team Championships

Recently, on the “Oh You Didn’t Know Podcast,” WWE Hall Of Famer Road Dogg talked about AEW and gave his thoughts surrounding the current AEW World Tag Team Championship picture. 

The current AEW Tag-Team Champions, The Jurassic Express, have dominated the tag division since they picked up the championships on the January 5th 2022 debut edition of AEW Dynamite on the TBS Network when they defeated the Lucha Brothers .

Since then, The Jurassic Express has defeated the likes of The Young Bucks, reDragon, Swerve In Our Glory, Team Taz, The Acclaimed and more. 

However, on the “Oh You Better Know Podcast”, Road Dogg spoke about the current champions and stated: ” They don’t have the titles on the right people”. 

Road Dogg didn’t criticise the tag champions on their talent and ability to be champions but more expressed how he feels that AEW’s tag division is that strong that he feels there is a better fit in regards to who should be the champions. 

He went on to talk about who he thinks Tony Khan and AEW should put the titles on. The tag team Dogg wants the title on next is none other than the stars of The Blackpool Combat Club, Bryan Danielson and Jon Moxley. 

Since aligning with William Regal after their gruelling bout at the Revolution Pay-Per-View, Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson have been equally as dominant in singles and tag team competition. 

Mox and Danielson are currently undefeated in the tag team division. The Blackpool Combat Club has been dominating. At the upcoming AEW X NJPW Forbidden Door Pay-Per-View, Jon Moxley will be challenging either Hiroshi Tanahashi or Hirooki Goto for the Interim AEW World Championship. 

It is inevitable that Mox and Danielson will have a shot at the AEW Tag team Championhsips.
