WWE Clash At The Castle: What is the Match Card?

WWE Clash At The Castle is set to emanate from the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on Saturday, September 3rd but what is the match card for the huge event?

It is the first major wrestling event to be held in the United Kingdom since 1992 when Wembley was chosen as the venue for SummerSlam.

That event featured a stunning main event between Bret ‘The Hitman’ Hart and the British Bulldog, and we will again see a Brit in the main event this year when Drew McIntyre wrestles Roman Reigns for the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship.

Most, if not all, of the top championships in WWE are expected to be defended at Clash At The Castle, and it’s likely to have a truly raucous atmosphere, as the rabid British fans get to see a pay-per-view live for the first time this century.

Here is everything you need to know about the WWE Clash At The Castle matches ahead of the giant event.

Several matches have been confirmed for the WWE Clash At The Castle event.

Here’s the currently confirmed match card for Clash At The Castle, including a truly gigantic main event between Roman and Drew.

Drew McIntyre, of course, hails from Scotland, and while the event is being held in Wales, he is a British talent who is likely to be heavily backed by the vociferous home crowd.

Even more so when one considers that Roman Reigns has been champion for over 700 days and has laid waste to almost the entirety of the main event scene.

More matches are expected to be confirmed in the coming weeks on both WWE Raw and SmackDown.

We’ll update this page as and when more matches are announced.

The show will be available to watch on Peacock in the United States and the WWE Network everywhere else.
