WWE: Brock Lesnar breaks character because of ringside fan's shouting
Brock Lesnar is one of WWE’s most fearsome characters.
Known as “The Beast Incarnate”, Lesnar was consistently the main attraction during what fans came to call the “Ruthless Aggression Era” of WWE.
“The Beast” was a genuine athlete with fantastic strength and movement. As well as WWE, where he won the World Championship at only 25 years of age, and reigned as Universal Champion for 504 days, Lesnar is a former UFC heavyweight champion and a former professional American footballer.
He is known for his Suplexes and his favourite finisher the F-5. A fearsome specimen with an unbreakable game-face.
However, lately this persona has undergone a change.
Since his return to WWE in August 2021, he has adopted a cowboy/farmer look and has been known to interact a lot more with fans at ringside.
However, one fan went one further and even managed to make him break character.
A fan footage video is doing the rounds of Lesnar reacting to a fan’s comment. As “The Beast” makes his way back into the ring, a fan calls him out, shouting: “Brock, that’s enough… rub some dirt on it… you ain’t hurt!”
And Lesnar can clearly be seen turning in the direction of the fan laughing. Many have commented on the video with a number claiming the fan was either very brave or very foolish for calling out “The Beast.”
Others saw it as evidence of Lesnar’s new persona, commenting that he seemed to enjoy his so called baby face run on WWE. Others say that it shows that behind the mask he adopts as a top sportsman, Lesnar is a genuine man, one fan suggesting that one of the reasons he has not interacted very much in the past is that he is naturally introverted.
Imagine calling out Brock Lesnar and making him get out of character. #BrockLesnar #SummerSlam
