World Series odds: Dodgers favored over Blue Jays; Ohtani favorite for MVP - ESPN
The Los Angeles Dodgers are going for back-to-back titles. After sweeping the Milwaukee Brewers in the NLCS, the team locked in their fifth trip to the World Series in nine years (won in 2020, 2024).
Meanwhile, the Toronto Blue Jays won a thrilling seven-game ALCS against the Seattle Mariners to return to the World Series for the first time since 1993, when they won their second of back-to-back titles. Those were their only two previous appearances in the Fall Classic.
All games will be televised on FOX, with Game 1 of the series Friday.
