Woman facing homelessness now earns £120,000 a year providing 'girlfriend experience' for clients

A woman facing homelessness now earns £120,000 a year after quitting her job to become a camgirl.

Emily Kathleen, 27, now lives in a four-bed house in Gloucestershire after starting up her own business.

She was signed off sick from her job at a housing association after struggling from stress during the pandemic - leaving her 'practically homeless.'

Desperate for money, Emily signed up to a camgirl agency in August 2020 and found herself earning £400 on her first night - more than she used to earn in a week.

Emily also provides the 'girlfriend experience' for her clients, which includes flirting, chatting, and building a relationship with them.

After falling in love with the job, Emily set up her own agency called High Society Models in May 2021 and now has 546 models working for her.

Her aim is the 'break the stigma' around webcamming and offer guidance to women to and help them approach the industry safely.

She said she wants to encourage "empowerment" and helps women gain "financial freedom" through webcamming.

The 27-year-old added: "Webcamming has completely turned my life around.

"I was practically homeless a few years ago about to lose my council flat.

"I can’t believe where I am now, and I absolutely love what I do, it helps that I earn really decent money.

"It’s not for everyone. I found my calling and become my own boss.

"I want to try and break the stigma around the industry and show how empowering this work can be for women."

When the pandemic hit back in March 2020, the key worker found the pressure of the pandemic too much and was signed off work due to stress.
