Wolves 'resigned to losing Ruben Neves' and more Manchester United transfer rumours

Wolves are reportedly resigned to losing Manchester United 'target' Ruben Neves in the summer transfer window, with several other European sides also keen on the midfielder.

According to the Mirror, the 26-year-old - who is out of contract next year - is yet to agree a new deal with the Midlands outfit, which has led to the player being linked with a move away. It adds that United are admirers of the player, while Barcelona, Real Madrid and Liverpool are also thought to be monitoring his situation.

It is claimed that Wolves will reluctantly listen to offers for Neves, although they would rather sell him to a club abroad than one of their Premier League rivals. He was linked with a move away from Molineux last summer, but that failed to materialise and he remained at the club.

Elsewhere, Dutch outlet Het Laatste Nieuws have reported that the Reds and Liverpool are interested in Anderlecht goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen.

The 20-year-old shot-stopper has impressed for the Belgian outfit when called upon this season, with Verbruggen making 30 appearances in all competitions. It is thought that the goalkeeper would cost around €10million at the end of the campaign, although Anderlecht are reluctant to lose him.

United shot-stopper David de Gea is out of contract in the summer - though United do hold the option of an additional year - and it remains to be seen if the Spaniard will be at Old Trafford next season, with reports suggesting Erik ten Hag is keen to recruit a new goalkeeper. The 32-year-old has made 41 appearances for the Reds this term.
