Wolves handed double boost for Aston Villa as Man Utd learn Ruben Neves transfer update
Wolverhampton Wanderers have been handed a double boost for today’s clash with Aston Villa with Nelson Semedo and Pedro Neto in line to return.
The Portuguese pair returned to training at Compton Park over the international break and Bruno Lage says they are in contention to feature against Villa. Lage will be without influential duo Ruben Neves (knee) and Raul Jimenez (suspended), while Ki-Jana Hoever remains sidelined with a hamstring injury.
Giving his latest team news bulletin, Lage said: “Semedo is back in training but let’s see if he’s ready and fit to play. Nothing new. Everyone has come back with good news from national teams. Semedo is back, Ruben is out, Ki is out. Pedro is also available.”
