Wolves reportedly have a pair of star signings lined up, as it looks increasingly likely that Ruben Neves and Joao Moutinho could leave the club.
Wolves have enjoyed several superb seasons since their return to the Premier League. The pick of the bunch were their seventh-placed finishes in their first two seasons back in the top flight.
The Molineux outfit are continuing to impress this season, and are currently eighth in the league. Neves and Moutinho have been two of the most crucial players in the Wolves side since they joined.
Neves joined for £15million while Wolves were still a Championship side, and impressed immediately, with six goals and an assist in the triumphant 2017/18 campaign.
He has continued to make waves in the Premier League. Indeed, the Portuguese has made over 200 appearances for the West Midlands club, and has contributed to 36 goals.
His compatriot, Moutinho, joined the club upon their return to the Premier League. He has made 169 Wolves appearances to this point, contributing to 28 goals.
Clearly, the pair are key assets to Bruno Lage’s side. However, it appears both may move on from the club, with Moutinho’s contract running out, and Neves a target for a number of sides.
